What glass do you supply?

4mm heat-resistant ceramic glass manufactured by Schott Robax® — the market leader. It's completely clear and transparent, withstands temperatures up to 760 °C, and every pane is cut to order.

How do I measure my stove glass?

Measure the glass itself, edge to edge, in millimetres — not the door opening. Width first, then height. It takes about 30 seconds, and if you're unsure, ring the workshop and we'll talk you through it before you order.

How quickly will it arrive?

Order before 1pm Monday to Friday and your glass leaves our Keighley workshop the same working day — arriving as quick as the very next day.

Do you cover my make and model?

We hold glass patterns for over 130 UK and European stove makes, from Aarrow to Yeoman — and if your make isn't listed, we cut to any size from your measurements. All makes and models are covered, excluding concave glass.

Why did my stove glass crack?

Ceramic stove glass rarely fails from heat alone — the usual causes are impact from refuelling, retaining clips fastened too tightly against the pane, or debris trapped between the glass and the frame. Whatever the cause, the fix is the same: a fresh pane cut to size.
